Rates start at $149 per night depending on the season, with a charge for 3 or more guests. For a quote, please use either the links below or send your requested dates and # of guests to aquavillabonaire@gmail.com.
- 10% service charge, $5.50 per person per night Bonaire Tourist Tax and $250 refundable security deposit due on or prior to check-in for all bookings.
- Discounts for low and mid-season are available – please ask for a quote.

Booking/Availability
To book, you have options:

- Send email specifying the dates of your stay (check-in and check-out) in addition to the number of guests to aquavillabonaire@gmail.com and we will respond with a quote. This method will get you our cheapest rate because there is no intermediary so ask for our ‘direct booking discount’.
We will endeavor to reply within 24 hours with a confirmation of availability and how to put down a deposit and secure the booking. We can also be phoned using the contact details on the bottom of this page.
Terms and Conditions
| Governing Law and Dispute Resolution |
| All bookings, regardless of whether they are direct with the owners, managers or via a third party website are subject to a rental agreement that is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Bonaire. The parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bonaire.

| Short-term, Vacation Rental |
- All Short Term Rental Rates are in US $ (USD) per week unless mentioned otherwise.
- High Season : 15 December – 15 January.
- Mid Season : 16 January – 15 May and 1 July – 31 August.
- Low Season 16 May – 30 June and 1 September – 14 December.
- Tourist tax is extra $6.50 per person per night (adults and children 13 over)
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Remaining balance of 75% to be settled 4 weeks before arrival.
- The water/electric utilities ARE also included in the short term rate up to $15 per night. If this amount is exceeded (for example by leaving the air conditioning units on all day while not utilizing the cottage) the difference will be charged at checkout. We ask that you simply turn the a/c unit(s) off while out and about.
- Check-out time is 12 am; check-in time is 2 pm. Early/late check in is available providing there is not other reservation standing. If you would like this benefit please ask…there is no extra charge.
- An one time cleaning charge of $65 to $150 (unless stated differently) depending on situation is applicable per stay.
- Interim cleaning – only on request- will be charged.
- Transfer from and to airport can be provided.
- Photos here are of the actual unit however fixtures, fittings and furniture do change from time to time.

- Long Term Rental rates are per month in US $ (USD) unless mentioned otherwise.
- The listed Long Term Rentals rates are for periods of six months and up.
- For Long Term Rentals a 1 month deposit is required.
- For Long Term Rentals water/electric utilities will be charged on real-time usage.
- Cost for TV and Internet is not included in most cases.
- An one time cleaning charge of $65 to $150 depending on situation is applicable per stay.
- Interim cleaning – only on request- will be charged.
